Stay NWA is a professional management company that offers vacation rental services in design, setup, and management. Thinking of acquiring a property for short term rental or converting a current home into a short term rental? Our approach to full service property management is unique, so you might have some questions. Here are the frequently asked questions that our clients have asked us since we started offering our services in 2017!

Who is Stay NWA?

Stay NWA is a vacation rental management company that offers real estate services, short-term rental consulting, and design services throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our vacation rentals are designed to create a consistent, luxurious, and memorable experience for our guests. The promise we make to you (the home owner), is to treat your property as our own and to do everything within our power to make your vacation rental a successful business venture.

How do I know if my Property is a Good Fit for your Services?

We provide consulting services to help our clients identify, evaluate, and acquire investment properties.

What are your Management Fees?

We will need to receive an interest form from you before we can provide a quote that is specific to your property.

How will you Market my Property Online?

We do list all of our properties on Online Travel Agency’s such as Airbnb and VRBO. However, we also utilize a direct booking website that allows guests to book directly, saving them money from booking fees that OTA platforms charge. We find that more guests are choosing to book direct when they can!

Can I still use my home for Personal Use?

Yes, many of our clients use their homes for personal use! Every property owner receives a login to our owner portal where they are welcome to block their calendar for personal use as long as it does not interfere with a confirmed reservation. However, if you are planning to use your home for weeks through out the year, our services may not be right for you.

   StayNWA is our go-to for booking when we are wanting to stay at Beaver lake or downtown Bentonville .  I especially love grilling on the deck of Rayburn lodge after a fun day on the water.  We usually stay with another family and the the downstairs works great for children, and quiet time for the adults.  We love the deck/views, proximity to the lake, northside of Beaver lake, privacy and sleeping arrangements for multiple families,

We also love going to Bentonville for mountain biking, arts, and all the fantastic food.  We especially like staying at the Electric retreat because it's right behind Peddler's pub.  After a ride we can hangout with other cyclists and not have to worry about driving across town to get ready for dinner.  It's only a 3-5 minute walk to the square.  Farmers market, mountain biking/hiking, arts, food/drinks, and festivals are all reasons we visit downtown.
