We opened our doors in 2017 after renting our home on Airbnb for several months. Stay after stay we continued to get the same response from our guests. "We will never stay at another hotel again as long as there are homes like yours for us to stay in.” This led us to realize the opportunity in Northwest Arkansas for short term rentals. We also began to see the massive gap between the few hosts that were doing it right, and the hosts that were renting their homes with minimal efforts and ultimately subpar reviews and guest experiences. What if we could offer our guidance to those homeowners? We could remove the stress of the day to day operation of running their short term rental business, and ultimately turn their “okay” place to stay, into a 5-star vacation retreat that also turns a nice profit!
